The Developing Lives approach

Developing Lives is a registered NDIS provider delivering person-centred Positive Behaviour Support (PBS). Craig holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Social Work. His practical, evidence-informed approach starts with understanding the person, their environment and what matters to them, then builds achievable supports that strengthen quality of life and reduce the need for restrictive practices. Services include Functional Behaviour Assessments, Interim Behaviour Support Plans, Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans and implementation support.

Quality of life

Support should make everyday life better for the person

The purpose of Positive Behaviour Support is broader than changing behaviour. Meaningful progress may look like feeling safer and more understood, having greater choice and control, enjoying stronger relationships, taking part in valued activities or experiencing fewer barriers in everyday environments.

Improvement can come from changes around the person as well as new skills. We consider physical and sensory environments, communication, social connections, routines, expectations, opportunities and the way support is provided—always guided by what matters to the person.

A practical approach to implementation

Support is designed to be understood and used in everyday settings. Developing Lives works collaboratively with participants, families and support teams to translate assessment findings into clear strategies, coaching and review.
